Value Over Replacement (VOR) — also called VORP — tells you how much more valuable a player is compared to the last starter you'd draft at their position. A wide receiver with a VOR of +45 is worth 45 more projected points than a replacement-level WR. These rankings are calculated from real Sleeper draft data, not projections or consensus rankings. Use VOR to find positions where value falls off a cliff — that's where you need to draft early.
